Throughout his career, Bryce has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, implementing scalable systems, and helping businesses achieve sustainable, long-term success.
His leadership experience spans large-scale manufacturing, global operations, and organizational development, where he has consistently focused on turning complex challenges into practical solutions. Bryce believes that strong businesses are built on disciplined execution, clear accountability, and a commitment to developing people.
As Chief Operating Officer, Bryce works alongside the leadership team to strengthen operations across the organization and support portfolio companies as they grow. FAMILY AND LIVING
Bryce is, at his core, a man of faith, family, and purpose. Married for over 21 years to his high school sweetheart, he and his wife are raising five energetic kids who love sports, the outdoors, boating in the summer, and snowmachining in the winter. In 2016, he and his wife made a deliberate choice: they bought 30 acres and a registered Black Angus herd, not just as a business venture, but as a living classroom for their children. The farm is where chores become lessons, hard work becomes identity, and family becomes something you build together every single day.
Bryce and his wife often say they aren't just raising cows — they're raising kids. They believe in working hard and playing harder, and in the idea that the most important things in life are grown slowly, with intention, and with your hands in the dirt.
