RICH JARVIS
A visionary entrepreneur with a heart for service, Rich Jarvis brings over two decades of experience in finance, real estate, innovation, and leadership. After launching his first rental property in 2003, Rich has navigated the highs and lows of the market with grit and gratitude, managing private debt funds, securing over $39M in new business, and eventually founding Epic Capital Funds in 2022.
A two-time U.S. patent holder and Executive MBA graduate, Rich’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, consistency, and doing the right thing—even when it’s hard. Under his guidance, Epic Capital has co-developed over $500M in real estate projects and co-founded Impact Equity Partners, extending the mission of freedom of purpose into private equity.
Outside of work, Rich is a devoted husband, father of five, and grandfather. He finds joy in farming, family dinners, paddleboarding, and building relationships that last a lifetime.
JAMES MORRELL
James Morrell is a seasoned real estate professional with a background in lending, development, and market analytics. At Epic Capital Funds, he’s passionate about helping investors build passive income and generational wealth through purposeful, relationship-driven investing.
A Boise native, James brings deep community roots, strong family values, and a heart for service to his work. Whether advising clients or raising funds through endurance races for the Idaho Youth Ranch, he leads with gratitude, integrity, and purpose.
With experience at firms like Marcus & Millichap, CBRE, and A10 Capital, James combines institutional insight with a personal, hands-on approach to investor success. He believes that real estate is more than a financial tool it’s a pathway to freedom, impact, and legacy.
JASON MORRIS
Jason Morris is a seasoned Portfolio CEO and private equity leader with a decade of experience scaling service and manufacturing businesses across the country. As Co-Founder of Impact Equity Partners, he specializes in identifying high-potential companies, implementing disciplined operational strategies, and delivering long-term value for investors and communities alike.
His leadership is values-driven and people-centered—focused not just on profits, but on legacy. Jason’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and growth makes him a trusted guide for founders, operators, and investors looking to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
Known for his hands-on approach and ability to build strong, mission-aligned teams, Jason has overseen multiple successful acquisitions and integrations across essential industries. He brings operational clarity, accountability, and a deep belief that business is a tool to uplift people and serve the greater good.
