Led by Rich Jarvis, President of Epic Capital Funds, the team is grounded in decades of experience across real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship. Rich’s journey—marked by resilience, disciplined growth, and a commitment to stewardship—continues to shape the firm’s mission of helping investors achieve freedom of purpose.
Alongside him, Jason Morris, Co-Founder of Impact Equity Partners, brings a proven track record of leading and scaling businesses across multiple industries. With deep experience in private equity and operational leadership, Jason is known for transforming companies through strategic vision, strong systems, and a people-first leadership approach.
Supporting the team is Richard (“Richy”) Jarvis, whose data-driven mindset and attention to detail play a critical role in sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities. As the firm’s first associate, Richard combines rigorous research, due diligence, and relationship-building to help identify businesses that align with Impact Equity’s long-term vision.
Together, this team brings a balance of vision, execution, and discipline—working to acquire and scale businesses that not only perform, but endure.
