Alongside him, Jason Morris, Co-Founder of Impact Equity Partners, brings a proven track record of leading and scaling businesses across multiple industries. Supporting the team is Richard (“Richy”) Jarvis, whose data-driven mindset and attention to detail play a critical role in sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities. As the firm’s first associate, Richard combines rigorous research, due diligence, and relationship-building to help identify businesses that align with Impact Equity’s long-term vision.
